At Wynalda Packaging, we are committed to providing sustainable packaging solutions whenever possible and helping our customers identify opportunities to make their packaging more eco-friendly.

Molded Paper Pulp

Paper pulp packaging is made from up to 100% recycled material, including scrap from our own packaging manufacturing processes. Pulp trays are completely biodegradable and recyclable, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional plastic and styrofoam inserts. Our paper pulp manufacturing facility also uses a recycled water tank for minimal water usage.

Recycled Paperboard Folding Cartons

Folding cartons can be made with either Coated Recycled Board (CRB) or Uncoated Recycled Board (URB), making them a great eco-friendly packaging option that is versatile and highly customizable.

Recycled Chipboard Rigid Boxes

Rigid set-up boxes are made of recycled chipboard with a fine sheet paper wrap. This is a great option if you are looking for a premium packaging solution that meets your sustainability standards.

Recycled Plastic Folding Cartons

Our plastic folding cartons can be manufactured using up to 50% post-consumer recycled material. This provides a sustainable option for packaging that provides product visibility.

Recyclable Packaging Options

Most of our paperboard folding cartons and rigid boxes are 100% recyclable, including foil stamped packaging. According to a study conducted by The Foil Stamping And Embossing Association, all paper products are recyclable, whether they are printed using hot foil stamping, cold foiling, or digital foil printing. Depending on the material chosen, our plastic folding cartons can also be up to 100% recyclable. PET and PP (Polypropylene) are great choices for recyclable plastic packaging.

Eco-Friendly Materials

Wynalda focuses on sourcing and utilizing materials that are biodegradable, recyclable, recycled, or made from renewable resources. The inks, paper, plastics and metals we use are all chosen for their ability to make the smallest environmental footprint possible.

Innovative Design

The Design Team focuses on developing custom packaging structures that are optimized for size and shape to minimize waste and reduce material usage while also optimizing for storage and transportation space.
