Material Handler

Wynalda Packaging, formed in 1970, is an industry-leading packaging and folding carton manufacturer located in Belmont, MI. Currently, we are looking for a full-time Material Handler to join our team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Moves material throughout the production area using a pallet jack

· Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items

· Operators jogger/aerator machine to turn stacks of paper product

· Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by delivering production materials and supplies where needed

· Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock

· Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders

· Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.

· Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.

Education & Experience

· High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

· Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not essential

· Must be open to obtaining Hilo license/operating an industrial forklift. (We provide Hilo course and license
