From graphic and structural design to press, and die cutting to gluing, we do it all in-house at our 400,000+ sq. ft. facility, located just north of Grand Rapids, MI.
Molded Paper Pulp
Paper pulp packaging is made from up to 100% recycled material, including scrap from our own packaging manufacturing processes. Pulp trays are completely biodegradable and recyclable, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional plastic and foam inserts. Our paper pulp manufacturing facility also uses a recycled water tank for minimal water usage.
Paperboard Folding Cartons
Paperboard folding cartons are made from renewable resources, often with recycled content, and are widely recyclable and often biodegradable. Their sustainability, versatility, and high level of customization make them an ideal choice for eco-friendly packaging that doesn’t compromise on design or performance.
Rigid Boxes
Rigid set-up boxes are made of recycled chipboard with a fine sheet paper wrap, providing a recyclable, and often biodegradable, paper-based solution for luxury packaging.
Corrugated Boxes
Corrugated boxes are a highly sustainable option, made primarily from recycled materials and fully recyclable after use. Many corrugated solutions also utilize biodegradable fibers, making them an eco-friendly alternative that aligns with both corporate sustainability goals and consumer demand for responsible packaging. In addition, the lightweight nature of corrugated boxes helps reduce emissions during shipping, contributing to a lower overall carbon footprint.
